Where you submit personal information for publication on our website, such as that provided when you submit a review, we will publish and otherwise use that information as intended by the submission. We will not under any circumstances provide your personal information to any third parties for the purpose of direct marketing. Where required, your delivery name and address may be provided to a third party to fulfil an order on our behalf, but consent to marketing will not be granted, and we will have ensured GDPR compliance by that company. Additionally, we will provide your name and delivery address to a delivery company (Royal Mail or other courier) as required to enable the delivery of an order and may provide your email address and/or phone number to a delivery company (Royal Mail or other courier) in order to provide you with delivery updates, unless you contact us in advance to request that this does not happen.
All our PayPal financial transactions are handled through Paypal. You should only provide your personal information to Paypal after reviewing the Paypal privacy policy (available at www.paypal.com). We will share information with Paypal only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website.
Where you elect to submit your credit card details through our website they will be sent to the servers of our host, www.shopify.com, via SSL technology and be subject to their privacy policy (available at www.shopify.com). We do not download or store any of your financial details, and card numbers provided to us by the card processor along with your order details only consist of the last 4 digits of the card number and the expiry date.
Where you elect to pay over the telephone your details will be entered directly into PayPal's Virtual Terminal and we will not store your financial details on our systems.
(4) Disclosures
We may disclose information about you to any of our employees, officers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes as set out in this privacy policy.
In addition, we may disclose information about you:
(a) to the extent that we are required to do so by law;

Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.
You are responsible for keeping your password and user details confidential. We will not on any occasion ask you for your password.

You have the right to complain to the ICO if you think there is problem with the way we are handling your data.

The website contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third party websites.
(9) Updating/Deleting information
Please let us know if the personal information which we hold about you needs to be corrected or updated, or if you would like it deleted.
