Just after j placed my order I realised I had ordered the wrong size 🤦‍♀️ 180cm instead if 80cm. I emailed and got a quick to say they would change them to the right size. Good customer service

Low price and fast delivery

Can't fault it. I had trouble finding replacement boot laces elsewhere and would definitely use Big Laces again. Very clear about measurements and types and free delivery is a significant bonus.
